Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face and remote contact customer service whilst adhering to SLAs. - Using technical skills and communicating directly with customers, resolved customer cases in-store and in the field for cases including personal computer, network, business computing, consumer printing, business imaging systems.
  • Installation, maintenance, commissioning and compliance of software, hardware, network systems, audio-visual equipment and cabling. - Undertook comissioning and installation of network, business computing, consumer printing, business imaging systems for small and medium-scale businesses, including deployment of proprietary software and builds in secure environments.
  • Assure quality for customer’s equipment including repairs and preventative maintenance. - Performed diagnosis and preventative maintenance of customer’s equipment, providing recommendations and training to the customer on future troubleshooting, customer-conducted maintenance and pricing of repair or replacement.
  • Lead team installation/comissioning projects including contractor and service provider liaison and OH&S reporting. - Actively led teams through medium-scale installation projects for networking and business computing systems.
  • Mentoring for apprentices in-field and in-house. - Provided mentoring for apprentices in-field and in-workshop.
